<p><em>Serves 4</em><br />

<ul>
<li>8 slices sourdough bread or other German bread</li>
<li>4 slices Bavarian Swiss cheese</li>
<li>4 slices Finnlandia cheese</li>
<li>4 slices Gouda cheese</li>
<li>1/2 lb. deli turkey, this sliced</li>
<li>1/2 lb. OHD boiled ham</li>
<li>1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni</li>
<li>1/2 lb. black Kassel Hungarian  style salami</li>
<li>pepperoni peppers, cut into rings</li>
<li>1/4 cup melted butter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Heat grill</li>
<li>Place 1 slice of Bavarian Swiss cheese on each of the 4 slices of bread</li>
<li>Place 1 slice of Finnlandia cheese on each of the other 4 slices of bread</li>
<li>Top one slice with the Gouda, pepperoni, salami and pepperoncini</li>
<li>Top the other slice with the Finnlandia cheese, turkey, and boiled ham</li>
<li>Place the two halves of the sandwiches together</li>
<li>Brush the top side of the sandwich with the melted butter</li>
<li>Place the sandwich butter side down on the grill</li>
<li>Brush the other side with melted butter</li>
<li>Grill till bread is toasted and the cheese has melted</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>A George Foreman grill works great with these sandwiches but even a stove top grill would work&#8230;&#8230;..Enjoy!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>3 Lbs. Old Heidelberg Deli Homemade Bratwurst<a href="../wp-content/uploads/2011/11/recipe1.png"><img class="alignright" title="recipe1" src="../wp-content/uploads/2011/11/recipe1-300x300.png" alt="" width="300" height="300" /></a></li>
<li>3 Green Peppers, cut into strips</li>
<li>2 medium Onions, sliced</li>
<li>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped</li>
<li>2 cups crushed Tomatoes</li>
<li>1/4 cup Olive Oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup Dry Sherry</li>
<li>1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream</li>
<li>1 tbsp. Basil</li>
<li>1 tbsp. Oregano</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Place Bratwursts in large skillet or frying pan with olive oil, cook over medium heat until sausage is browned on all sides. Transfer Bratwursts to a plate.</li>
<li>In the same frying pan sauté onions, green peppers, basil, and oregano until onions are golden brown.</li>
<li>Add garlic and tomatoes to pan and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.</li>
<li>Add Sherry to pan and cook over high heat until absorbed. Add Bratwursts and cream to pan and mix well.</li>
<li><strong>Serve with green salad and baguette &#8230;&#8230;.Enjoy!</strong></li>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<ul>
<li>8 Zucchini&#8217;s</li>
<li>1 Lb. Ground Beef</li>
<li>4 Onions</li>
<li>150 g grated Parmesan</li>
<li>1 Bay Leaf</li>
<li>20 small branches Thyme</li>
<li>3 branches Rosemary</li>
<li>2 small cans of peeled Tomatoes</li>
<li>2 cloves of Garlic</li>
<li>1/2 bunch of flat Parsley</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Cayenne Pepper</li>
<li>Olive Oil</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions</p>
<ol>
<li>Wash the zucchini, remove seeds and pulp, and trim the ends. Cut zucchini lengthwise in half. Cut small slices of the zucchini to be added to the meat filling and sauce.</li>
<li>Sauté 2 chopped onions, finely chopped garlic, and chopped parsley in a skillet with olive oil.</li>
<li>In a large bowl, combine half of the chopped thyme leaves, grated Parmesan cheese, ground beef, and onion mixture. Add the small zucchini slices to the ground beef mixture. Fill the zucchini with the beef mixture.</li>
<li>For the sauce, sauté two chopped onions, crumbled bay leaf, remaining zucchini slices, thyme, rosemary, and tomatoes.  Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.</li>
<li>Pour sauce mixture in an oven proof dish and place the filled zucchini on top.</li>
<li>Bake in a preheated over at 350-360°F for 45 minutes or until crispy.</li>
<li><strong>Serve with baguette or rice and Enjoy!</strong></li>

<li>1/2 Honey-melon</li>
<li>1/2 Watermelon</li>
<li>1 Cucumber</li>
<li>2 to 3 Green Onions</li>
<li>175g Old Heidelberg Deli &#8216;Alpen&#8217; or &#8216;Bauernschinken&#8217;</li>
<li>175g Plain Yogurt</li>
<li>2 tbsp. Sour Cream</li>
<li>4 tbsp. Milk</li>
<li>1 tbsp. Chopped Dill</li>
<li>Juice of One Lemon</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Pepper</li>
<li>Sugar</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions</p>
<ol>
<li>Chop melons and cucumbers (peeled) into 1/2 inch cubes, slice your choice of ham into strips and the onions into rounds, set aside.</li>
<li>In a large mixing bowl, combine Yogurt, Sour Cream, Milk, Lemon Juice, and Dill, add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Add the chopped Melons, Cucumber, Onions, and Ham, mix together lightly.</li>
<li>Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Serve chilled and <strong>Enjoy!</strong></li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500g Spaetzle</li>
<li>250g Onions-Finely chopped</li>
<li>1 Tablespoon Rama Margarine</li>
<li>250ml Whipping Cream</li>
<li>Ground Nutmeg</li>
<li>Ground Black Pepper</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>300g Gouda, Swiss or Emmentaler Cheese</li>
<li>3 Slices of Old Heidelberg Deli Smoked Bacon</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, cook the Spaetzle as per instructed time, then drain and set aside in pot.</li>
<li>In a large frying pan add the Rama Margarine, Onions, and Bacon and bring to sizzle, cook until Onions are golden.  Add 250ml of the whipping cream and nutmeg and black pepper to taste.</li>
<li>Add the Onions and Bacon mix and 150g of your chosen cheese to the Spaetzle and mix together lightly.</li>
<li>Pour the Spaetzle into a heat resistant casserole, spread evenly and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, bake at 390 degrees for about 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Let it cool and <strong>ENJOY!</strong></li>
</ol>
